In coaching, I support managers in (re)activating their own strengths and abilities to design change processes or to cope with a current challenge and to create new solutions by taking different perspectives. If necessary, the values cockpit or the Persolog personality profile can be integrated into the process for personality analysis.

Coaching is a free, active and self-responsible process based on cooperation and mutual trust. I am convinced that all the resources that someone needs to solve the issue already lie within this person. Everyone is and remains an expert for their own life and professional context. I see myself as an expert for the process and make it possible to think outside the box. And that unleashes new ideas and solutions!

A path of inner transformation

Sometimes a hamster wheel looks like a career ladder from the inside. But did I actually ask myself if my daily performance has anything to do with what I want to achieve through my life? At the end of life, what of everything I do is really worth it? And what do I actually want to achieve with my life?

The path from performance to impact takes courage. It is the path of inner transformation that teaches us to let go of our self-made identity to discover who we really are.
