Im Coaching unterstütze ich Führungsverantwortliche darin, eigene Stärken und Fähigkeiten zur Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen oder zur Bewältigung einer aktuellen Herausforderung zu (re-)aktivieren und durch die Einnahme unterschiedlicher Perspektiven neue Lösungswege entstehen zu lassen. Bei Bedarf kann zur Persönlichkeitsanalyse das Wertecockpit oder das Persolog Persönlichkeits-Profil in den Prozess integriert werden.
Coaching ist ein freier, aktiver und selbstverantwortlicher Prozess, der auf Kooperation und gegenseitigem Vertrauen beruht. Dabei bin ich überzeugt, dass alle Ressourcen, die jemand zur Lösung für das Thema braucht, bereits in dieser Person liegen.
