I believe that our society needs leaders who, through personal integrity, ethical steadfastness and the ability of inner presence, self-leadership and reflective action, can master the challenges of our time and consciously shape our future with hope and joy. 

 

In doing so, the focus is no longer on managing a future that we cannot even predict. The best preparation for the future is therefore to find access to the inner place from which we act.

Because in times of challenges and crises, our deeply anchored, inner attitude will come to the fore.

 

This inward journey requires courage and a safe place. Creating this safe place for leaders - that is my mission.
